2. When will I receive my membership card?

Once your payment is received, we immediately personalize and ship your FanClubCard directly to you via regular First Class U.S. Mail. Your card should arrive in just a few short days.

3. Can my family members use my card?

FanClubCard’s are personalized with only one person’s name, so they are not transferable.

4. What if I lose my FanClubCard?

Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. However, if your card is found and returned to FanClub Productions, LLC, we will return it to you promptly.

5. How can I renew my FanClubCard?

Log on to FanClubCard.com and select "Get the Card" on the menu bar. Once you’ve completed the registration process, your new card will arrive promptly.

6. What Organization gets a portion of my membership fee?

FanClubCard.com is a family-based, community-focused company. We hand-pick our partnering organizations for their commitment to serving our community. Which organization receives a portion of your membership fee depends on how you sign up. You can buy directly from an organization and they keep a portion of the proceeds, or if you register online, FanClubCard.com randomly selects a partnering organization. Whether it’s a local charity, school or civic group, you can be sure that the donated portion of your membership fee will be provided to an organization dedicated to improving our local area.
