TERMS OF USE

FanClub Productions, LLC is a marketing company providing access to information, specials and offers to consumers by businesses and local organizations. There are rules that govern the use of the site and your FanClubCard. Before you complete the transaction, it is important for you to read and understand the following Terms of Use

CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT

Cardholders agree to use the card according to the rules and regulations set forth in the Terms of Use herein explained. Failure to follow these terms may result in cardholder’s rights and privileges being terminated.

MEMBERSHIP TERM

Your membership with FanClubCard.com is valid for one (1) year from the date you purchased your card. The expiration date is printed on your card and will not be honored after that date.

NON-TRANSFRABILITY

Cards have only one name on them. They are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, specials or other incentives.

LOST OR STOLEN CARDS

If your card is lost or stolen we cannot replace it. It is important to protect your FanClubCard just like you would any other important document.

LIABILITY

FanClub Productions or FanClubCard.com cannot be held liable for any failure of participation or injury resulting from use of any of our sponsors or partnering businesses. FanClub Productions, LLC and FanClubCard.com make no warranty, express or implied, for any product or service obtained through the use of this card. FanClub Productions, LLC is not responsible for any inaccurate information that may appear on our website. FanClub Productions, LLC FanClub Productions, LLC does not warrant that its website(s) will operate error-free or without interruption or that it will provide security with respect to redemption of the offer(s) or the information contained on the websites.

DONATIONS

FanClub Productions, LLC is a for profit company. A portion of the membership fee is donated to a partnering organization. The amount of funds distributed to partnering organizations is determined by FanClub Productions, LLC unless otherwise designated by a pre-determined event code. Partnering organizations receiving donations may or may not be non-profit organizations. Cardholders acknowledge that their purchase of a FanClubCard membership may not be tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor for issues related to tax deductions.

OFFERS, PROMOTION OR SPECIALS

All offers, promotions, specials or other incentives are provided strictly by partnering businesses that have agreed to allow you to use your FanClubCard at their establishment. Any and all offers, promotions, specials or other incentives may change from time to time or become null and void at any time without notice. User acknowledges that FanClub Productions, LLC and FanClubCard.com can not be held responsible for the failure of partnering businesses to honor any offers, promotions, specials or other incentives or any losses that may have occurred from use of the FanClubCard.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

FanClub Productions, LLC requires that you have fun using your FanClubCard. Use it often and tell your friends and family members how cool it is and where you purchased it. You have helped your community and the local businesses that comprise it and for that you should be very proud! Remember, with FanClubCard.com, Everybody Wins!
